Customer Success Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade. This position provides structured training and mentorship from experienced electricians, ensuring you develop the skills and expertise required for a successful career. You will assist with electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs while following safety guidelines and industry regulations
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman and Master Electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Learn and adhere to local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards
- Install, inspect, and troubleshoot wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components
- Operate hand and power tools necessary for electrical work
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Follow safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with testing electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices
- Support the completion of work orders and documentation as required
- Attend training sessions and classes as part of the apprenticeship program
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Enrollment in an electrical apprenticeship program
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and willingness to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in various environments, including heights and confined spaces
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Must have reliable transportation and be available for client meetings, site visits, and remote support as needed
- Occasional travel may be required to meet with customers and oversee project implementations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and product adoption
- Provide training and guidance to customers on product features, usage, and best practices
- Proactively identify customer needs and work to provide solutions that enhance their experience
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure contract adherence and identify opportunities for upselling or renewals
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product and service improvements
- Create and maintain documentation, FAQs, and customer success resources
- Manage customer success metrics, including satisfaction scores, retention rates, and engagement levels
- Act as an advocate for customers within the company, ensuring their needs are represented in product development and service strategies
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements to provide valuable insights to customers
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization, promoting a positive and solution-oriented approach
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
